SALES REPRESENTATIVE (TENDER)

• Maximum age of 35 years
• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree preferably engineering or chemical engineering.
• Have a minimum of 2 years experiences as Sales for tender in SKK Migas or PLTU
• Understand the aanwijzing process.
• Understand the project administration preparation process.
• Understand and have knowledge of LPSE, e-CATALOGUE, CIVD SKK Migas, SMART GEP, etc
• Understand and have knowledge of tender and procurement processes in the government sector.
• Must have a good network with related institutions.
• Multitasking skill
• Good reporting and on time
• Good personality and attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must have systematic work behavior and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

Work Responsibilities:

• Monitoring tender announcement from website
• Supporting Sales Manager on reviewing and identifying business opportunities.
• Coordinating with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and completion prior to timely submission.
• Monitoring the tender process from pre qualifications until bid tender
• Expanding porƞolio product at existing customer
• Developing and maximizing new business opportunities
• Achieving quartal sales target
