Sales Representative - Training Provided

Nightfen Capital is looking for a Sales Representative, someone who enjoys working with people, staying active throughout the day, and creating positive customer experiences. In this role, you'll work face-to-face with Houston and neighboring area customers to introduce AT&T wireless services, support account setup, and help customers find wireless solutions that fit their needs. In this face-to-face, sales position, you'll build relationships, guide customers through wireless plan comparisons, and provide support throughout enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account updates.

What You'll Do as a Sales Representative

• Introduce AT&T wireless services, devices, and current promotions
• Help customers compare wireless plans, pricing, and service options
• Assist with customer enrollments, activations, account setup, and upgrades
• Provide professional customer account support throughout the customer experience
• Build strong customer relationships through communication and consistent support
• Maintain accurate customer records and enrollment documentation
• Answer customer questions regarding AT&T wireless services, billing, and promotions
• Support customer acquisition, account growth, and daily sales goals
• Represent AT&T wireless services professionally during all customer interactions
