Sales Representative (UP)

Job Description: Sales Representative (SR) – Uttar Pradesh

Company: Vithoba Healthcare & Research Pvt. Ltd.
Job Location: Uttar Pradesh (specific territory/district as assigned)
Experience: 3–5 Years in Field Sales
Salary: As per experience and company norms

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other relevant outlets regularly.
• Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and onboard new retailers and business partners.
• Ensure product availability, stock replenishment, and product visibility in the market.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional schemes.
• Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
• Execute sales promotions and marketing activities in the assigned territory.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit market feedback to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with distributors and the sales team to improve market coverage and sales performance.

Required Skills

• Experience in FMCG or field sales is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of the local market in Uttar Pradesh.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and handle market challenges.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting is an advantage.
