Sales Representative – USA-Based Clients

Tech Be Solution is hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Lahore-based team. Our company provides Architecture and Construction Estimation services for USA-based projects, and we are looking for someone who can confidently communicate with international clients and help grow our business.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with USA-based clients and prospects.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and present our services effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience dealing with USA-based or international clients will be preferred.
• Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.
