Sales Representative – Weekly Pay / Training Provided

We are currently expanding and looking for driven, coachable individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales.

This is not a desk job. We are looking to hire 2 - 3 people immediately in the Sanford area. Interviews are being scheduled this week!

This role involves meeting with families who have already requested information about life insurance and helping them put coverage in place.

No cold calling. No chasing strangers.

There is no base salary.

This role is best suited for individuals who:

• Want to earn $75K–$100K+
• Are competitive and self-motivated

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with families through pre-set, warm appointments
• Identify client needs and recommend life insurance solutions
• Help clients complete applications
• Track your activity and production
• Participate in weekly coaching and development

Training & Support:

• Licensing support provided
• Step-by-step sales system (no guessing)
• Weekly coaching and mentorship
• Advancement opportunities into leadership

Compensation:

• Commission-based with uncapped income
• Typical first-year earnings: $75,000–$105,000+
• Paid quickly (often within 24–48 hours of approval)
• Leadership opportunities for additional income streams

Pay: $72,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
