Sales Representative / Administrative Support

CWD Wrap is looking for a Sales Representative / Administrative Support professional to join our team in North Miami Beach.

The main focus of this role is sales: working with incoming leads, understanding customer needs, preparing quotes, following up consistently, and closing deals. The position also includes light administrative and customer-facing support.

Responsibilities

• Work with incoming leads and customer inquiries
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate CWD services
• Prepare and send accurate quotes
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers
• Handle objections, negotiate within company guidelines, and close sales
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, follow-up, and sales information in CRM
• Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in clients
• Support customer vehicle drop-off and pickup
• Coordinate sold projects with Production and other team members
• Follow up with customers after the sale and support repeat and referral business

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience
• Fluent English and Russian - required
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Confident negotiation, objection-handling, follow-up, and closing skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and results-driven
• Comfortable using CRM, email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software
• Ability to manage multiple leads, calls, messages, appointments, and priorities
• Experience in automotive services, luxury services, retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment is preferred
• Interest in the automotive and luxury-vehicle industry is a plus
