Sales Representative/Assistant

We are hiring immediately for an in office SALES ASSISTANT position for an Apparel Company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Inputs orders and posts transactions into the company system

Investigates errors and resolves problems

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Provides assistance with administrative tasks.

Responds to customer inquiries

Works cooperatively with others in the office

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Two years experience in an office setting
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Google Docs, Quickbooks
Good command of English both written and verbal
Great attention to detail

This is a full time in office position
Monday – Friday 9:00-5:00
Hourly salary $16-18.00/hr + commission

• 8 hour shift
