Sales Representative/Exec

About the role

This role involves developing new business and maintaining current relationships, identifying business opportunities through market analysis and studying potential sales leads. You will handle customer inquiries, investigate customer issues, prepare solutions, and prepare sales reports. You will collaborate with operation departments to ensure timely shipments and visit customers when necessary to maintain strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and maintain current relationships
• Identify business opportunities by studying and analyzing potential sales leads
• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance to meet their requirements effectively
• Investigate customer issues, prepare solutions, and discuss with the Sales Manager to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate responses to requests from the sales team and customers
• Collaborate with operation departments to ensure timely shipments of customer's cargo
• Visit customers when necessary to maintain strong relationships and address their needs

About you

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in a relevant field
• Mndarin speakers are preferred
• Passion for sales and the ability to develop new business opportunities
• Strong communicators who can effectively interact with clients and team members
