The Role: As a Sales Representative / Manager in Training, you'll help Lubbock families create homes they love. You'll learn the business from the ground up and grow toward a leadership role.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and guide them through our furniture selection
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products
• Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
• Learn store operations, inventory, and merchandising
• Work toward management responsibilities as you grow

Compensation & Training

• 4 weeks of paid training to set you up for success
• Commission-based pay after training, so your effort drives your income
• Estimated first-year earnings of $40,000 - $50,000
• Income grows as your skills, customer base, and responsibilities grow
• Clear path to management for those who perform, with higher earning potential at each step

• Reliable, with the ability to work a retail schedule including weekends
• Sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required
