Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated and persuasive Sales Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will engage with prospects, follow up with leads, and help convert businesses into paying website design clients. This role focuses specifically on selling website design and digital business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to business owners and prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and chats
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries
• Present website design services clearly and professionally
• Educate clients on how websites help generate leads, increase trust, and grow revenue
• Convert prospects into paying website design clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, leads, and conversions
• Collaborate with the Regia Digitals team to achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong confidence speaking to business owners
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations (advantage)
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Basic understanding of digital services (training provided)
• Coachable, disciplined, and results-driven
