Sales Representatives

The role

As a Sales Representative of Northern Luzon Market Associates Corp. (NLMAC), you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous supply of Selecta Ice Cream in our retail outlets, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and adherence to the Daily Coverage Plan
• Actively prospect and identify new stores within your designated territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Use provided mobile applications to complete and streamline sales and asset monitoring transactions
• Accurately record and report all sales activities and data
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and learnings

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience, preferably within a similar industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driven and passionate about delivering results
• Familiarity with the La Union market and customer base
• Candidates with a valid Philippine Driver's License and who can drive a Motorcycle will be prioritized
