Sales Representatives

• Applicants must reside around Ajao Estate, oshodi/isolo, mafoluku area of lagos.
• 2poshbeauty is a beauty retail store that sells all things beauty in wholesale and retail.
• We are looking for people interested in beauty/that have experience in retail and beauty to join our team.
• Greet and assist customers with product selection, answering questions, and offering beauty advice.
• Provide information on product features, usage, and benefits across all the sections of items we sell.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales.
• Maintain store displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organised.
• Process transactions using the POS system and handle cash/card payments accurately.
• Keep up-to-date with new arrivals, promotions, and beauty trends.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints or issues politely and escalate when necessary.
• Assist with stocktaking, inventory management, and restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
