Sales Representatives

About the role

HAYA Global is looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Representatives to support the growth of our beverage business in Malaysia. The successful candidate will develop new customers, maintain existing accounts, increase product distribution and achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell HAYA Global beverage products.
• Identify and develop new customers including retailers, wholesalers, mini markets, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, hotels and other HoReCa outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Present products, pricing, promotions and sales programs to customers.
• Obtain customer orders and coordinate with operations, warehouse and delivery teams for timely fulfilment.
• Achieve monthly sales, distribution and customer acquisition targets.
• Expand product availability and visibility within the assigned sales territory.
• Follow up on repeat orders and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions and market activities.
• Collect customer and market feedback and report findings to the Sales Manager.

About you

• Previous sales experience in beverage, FMCG, food & beverage or a related industry is preferred.
• Experience with retailers, wholesalers, distributors or HoReCa customers is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching and developing new customers.
• Target-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of the local market and surrounding sales areas.
• Able to travel regularly for customer visits and field sales activities.
• Own transportation and a valid driving licence would be an advantage.
• Basic ability to prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
