Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and computer-literate Sales Representative for our in-person location. This is a direct customer-facing and operational sales role. You will manage customer interactions, process transactions, and maintain accurate records with strict attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Sales & Engagement: Assist walk-in or visiting clients, present products/services, answer inquiries, and close sales.
• Accurate Record Keeping: Input sales, customer details, and inventory data into computer systems with high precision and attention to detail.
• Operational Reliability: Maintain strict punctuality, manage daily on-site duties efficiently, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• computer literacy is a plus ( basic knowledge of software, typing, and digital records).
• Meticulous attention to detail to avoid errors in billing, orders, and data entry.
• Exceptional punctuality, reliability, and time management skills.
