Sales Representives

Business Scope

Main products: solar mounting structures, highway guardrail and steel structural accessories, focusing on overseas new energy and infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities

1. Take full charge of market development, channel construction and customer relationship maintenance in Malaysia, achieve annual sales targets covering solar energy, road infrastructure and power engineering projects.

2. Develop local EPC contractors, engineering companies, distributors, project owners and infrastructure clients independently, follow up inquiries, quotation, negotiation, contract signing and project delivery.

3. Maintain long-term cooperation with existing customers, dig deeper business demands and ensure stable repeat orders.

4. Conduct local market research, analyze industry trends, competitor information and local policy to formulate localized sales strategies.

5. Attend local exhibitions and business meetings to expand brand influence and high-quality project resources.

6. Cooperate with headquarter to ensure order delivery, payment collection and regular business report submission.

Requirements

1. Working experience in power, new energy, solar, highway infrastructure or steel structure industry is preferred.

2. Fluent in English for full business negotiation, email and contract communication.

3. Cantonese speaker is a strong plus for local Chinese business communication in Malaysia.

4. Proven ability in overseas market development and customer management; with local Malaysia client resources is highly preferred.

5. Willing to work and reside in Malaysia independently, result-driven and able to take full responsibility for country business.
