About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Retail Manager to join our team in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving sales performance, managing retail operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our product line. As Sales Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day retail activities, leading your team to achieve sales targets, and representing AAL Milktea Supplies with professionalism and integrity. This role is fundamental to our expansion strategy and directly impacts our market presence and profitability in the region.

What you'll be doing

• Manage daily retail operations and ensure smooth functioning of the sales outlet
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Lead, mentor and motivate the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and retail partners in the Cabanatuan City area
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform business decisions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and escalations with professionalism and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail best practices
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members on product features, sales techniques and customer service excellence
• Prepare accurate sales reports and provide regular feedback to senior management

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in retail management or sales management within the consumer products or food and beverage sector
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising and point-of-sale systems
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales data and market insights to inform decision-making
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail management software
• Preferably, experience in the milktea, beverage or specialty food retail sector would be advantageous
