Sales Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ticket sales and revenue targets.
• Lead ticket sales and distribution across online, offline, corporate, and group channels.
• Identify and develop corporate, brand, and business partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, ticketing platforms, and strategic partners.
• Explore new sales channels, markets, and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets and deliverables are met.
• Work closely with Marketing, Production, Operations, and Management to align sales initiatives with event objectives.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management.
• Handle negotiations, proposals, and commercial agreements with clients and partners.
