Sales Service Manager (Hunter / B2B / Access Solutions)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships with key decision-makers to secure upcoming entrance installation, enhancement, and service contracts.

• Execute market penetration strategies for third-party equipment, driving conversions from competitor installations to company systems.

• Conduct market research and regulatory feasibility studies to identify opportunities for new entrance accessories and system enhancements.

• Negotiate and manage sales and service contracts, ensuring terms are commercial, balanced, and risk-mitigated.

• Monitor progress against financial targets, adapting strategic plans to achieve revenue and margin goals.

• Evaluate client sites for potential equipment hazards, conduct technical investigations, and compile confidential reports and findings for management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (technical background preferred).

• Proven "Hunter" sales track record within relevant service sectors (Lifts, HVAC/Aircon, Construction) or direct entrance system competitors.

• Strong negotiation, risk management, and formal report-writing capabilities.

• Technical detail orientation with the ability to spot potential operational and safety hazards on equipment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning proprietary maintenance management software.

• Highly self-motivated and independent, with strict adherence to corporate confidentiality.
