Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Shop Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers in finding the right products, maintain an organized store and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or as a shop sales associate.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic accounting and cash handling skills.
• Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, and detail oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
