Job Summary

Responsible for driving business growth through both retail and project sales channels within the industry. This role focuses on managing client relationships, expanding market presence, and securing strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Management: Drive sales revenue by managing both retail channels and high-value project sales accounts.
• Client Engagement: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, key decision-makers, and industry partners.
• Pipeline & Deal Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and project bidding to deal closure and post-sales support.
• Market Expansion: Identify new commercial opportunities, target untapped market segments, and deliver tailored sales presentations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, product availability, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in sales within the same or a related industry.
• Core Expertise: Hands-on experience in both retail sales and project/B2B sales is required.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Attributes: Target-driven, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development.
