Sales - Solar Cell (Home, B2C)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales - Solar Cell Product to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales with a proven track record of successfully closing substantial solar projects.

This role involves sourcing leads, conducting site surveys and developing comprehensive solar proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sourcing and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
• Site Surveys: Conduct initial site assessments with engineering team to gather critical information, including electricity bills, structural details, and other relevant data.
• Technical Analysis: Perform detailed technical analysis using PV Syst and conduct breakeven analysis to determine project viability and financial feasibility.
• Proposal Development: Create and deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solar proposals tailored to client needs, including system design, cost estimates, and project timelines.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of proven experience in EPC or PPA solar sales.
• Demonstrated success in closing 300-500 kW of solar sales per month is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PV Syst, and other solar-related software and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
