About The Role We’re hiring a Sales Solution Engineer in Indonesia to work with enterprise customers and partners.

You’ll design networking, ProAV, VoIP, storage, and Physical Security (Protect & Access) solutions.

Working in a pre-sales capacity, you will lead regional technical strategy for Ubiquiti in Indonesia, collaborating with product teams, partners, and global sales to drive adoption and growth.

Desired Experience Solution Architecture

• Enterprise Networking (SD-WAN, routing, switching)
• ProAV (AV-over-IP, multicast)
• Physical Security (CCTV & Access Control)
• VoIP (SIP systems)
• Storage (NAS, SAN)

General

• English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Pre-sales experience
• Strong reliance on AI tools, LLMs, and automation for productivity
