What We're Looking For

Proven track record of success in a sales management role within the automotive or truck trading industry
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in sales management or a similar leadership position
Strong knowledge of truck sales, specifications, and market dynamics
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative selling approach
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
Preferably bilingual (English and local language proficiency)
