Sales Specialist

该职位来源于猎聘 Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain successful relationship with customers. Get new business and ensure customers’ needs are met through regular visits, feedback, and follow-up.
• Understand customer needs
• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to develop actionable sales plan.
• Understand customer’s current & future products demands and developments.
• Organize/Lead internal resources to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Provide demand forecast and coordinate with supply chain team to fulfill customer orders and manage account receivables according to business guidance.
• Collect/synthesize customer and market and intelligence information. Establish effective internal communication. -Proactive efforts will be made to strive for better performance, with existing resources balanced and conditions creatively utilized to hit the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Experience:
• Undergraduate degree or above, prefer majoring in Chemistry/Material Science/ Business
• 5+ years’ Sales or technical experience in chemical industry, familiar with insulation material is preferred. Knowledge & Skills (functional competences and capabilities):
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interact and build effective relationships with customers.
• Excellent personality and strong communication/interpersonal skill
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Willing to travel frequently.
