Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist is the primary face of HomePro for our customers. This role is responsible for driving retail and project-based sales by providing expert product consultations, guiding clients through our extensive collection of finishing materials (especially tiles and fixtures), and ensuring a seamless buying experience from selection to payment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Consultation & Sales

• Welcome showroom walk-ins and proactively assist clients, contractors, and interior designers in selecting the right materials for their projects.

2. Showroom & Merchandising Management

• Maintain an attractive, clean, and organized showroom display, ensuring that tile samples, mock-ups, and fixture displays are clearly labeled with pricing and specifications.
• Monitor stock availability of popular display items in coordination with the Inventory Control Specialist.

3. Order Processing & Transaction Handling

• Generate accurate sales invoices, quotations, and official receipts using the company's sales system.

4. Operational Discipline & Safety

• Consistently adhere to standard retail operating procedures, cash handling protocols, and opening/closing checklists.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: Previous experience in a sales-focused role. (not required but a plus)
• Proven ability to reach sales targets and close deals.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Work Schedule & Type

• Type: Full-time
• Shift: 8-hour shifts
• Flexibility: Candidates must be available for rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
