Sales Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven BM Sales Specialist to support sales growth and market expansion in the building materials sector. The role involves customer engagement, sales execution, and ensuring seamless client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients to solicit orders and strengthen customer relationships.
• Report market trends and competitor activities to management.
• Ensure timely follow-up on payments and returned cheques.
• Support showroom operations, ensuring optimal product presentation.
• Conduct research on market needs and recommend business strategies.
• Assist in marketing events and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
• Maintain customer records and ensure high levels of service.
• Prepare and present sales reports.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
