WE URGENTLY NEED A SALES SPECIALIST

SSMC is looking for a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our team in Central Luzon. This full‑time role is central to our growth, ensuring that our cement products are consistently carried by retail and hardware stores across the region. Success in this position comes from building and maintaining strong relationships with store owners, supporting them with timely product information, and ensuring smooth distribution and visibility of our cement brands.

You will be at the forefront of our business development efforts — combining relationship‑building with market insights to expand our reach and strengthen SSMC’s presence in the construction market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and hardware store owners in Central Luzon
• Ensure consistent product placement and availability of SSMC cement products across partner stores
• Plan and implement promotional activities to support sales growth and brand visibility
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth execution of sales initiatives
• Provide regular updates and reports on store coverage, sales performance, and customer feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, distribution, or retail account management (construction or hardware industry preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long‑term partnerships
• Proactive and hands‑on approach — comfortable with fieldwork and store visits
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
