Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bali, Indonesia. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and arranging client travel, booking reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Specialist will work closely with clients to create personalized travel itineraries and recommend popular tourist destinations in Bali.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
- Experience in providing excellent customer service in a travel-related industry
- Ability to create and manage quotations/travel itineraries
- Experience with reservations and booking systems
- Knowledge of travel regulations and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
