What they need

We are exclusively representing a leading industrial automation system integrator with a portfolio spanning PLCs, I/O, HMI, safety systems, industrial networks, industrial computers, design software, operations software and maintenance software.

They have a significant presence locally and, with over 1,000 accounts, are looking for an additional sales specialist to capitalise on their current success and extensive client book.

The position is suited to someone who has experience selling industrial automation solutions. They are flexible to exactly what you have sold, but prior sales experience of automation solutions is needed. This is essential; they do not have time to teach the portfolio.

A summary of the required skillset is below:

PLC, I/O, HMI, SCADA, industrial networking, or cybersecurity fundamental sales experience
Development and execution of business plans to achieve revenue growth targets
Account planning, target account strategies and commercial initiatives
3+ years of industrial automation experience with Rockwell Automation solutions or competitive platforms
