Sales Specialist

The role involves assisting customers in selecting the right products, providing product knowledge and recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The Sales Specialist will also support the company’s sales targets through proactive client engagement, showroom assistance, and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed product information and recommendations.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions in tiles, mosaics, slabs, and stone products.

• Prepare and present product quotations, proposals, and sales orders.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

• Maintain product displays, sample boards, and ensure the showroom is presentable and organized.

• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff for stock availability and timely delivery.

• Keep updated with industry trends, new product lines, and competitor activities.

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
