We are looking for an experienced Core Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition, sales conversion, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable services.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with Provisioning, Operations, Technical, and Support teams.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports.
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up on pending orders.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Telecom/ISP Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented and commercially focused.
• Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Preferred: Experience in ISP, Telecom, Broadband, Connectivity, or Internet Services.

Location: Sector 75, Mohali | Work From Office
Working: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
