Sales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of proven sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to generate leads, develop strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing client inquiries, following up with potential customers, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating deals, maintaining client records, and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue. Candidates with experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development abilities.
• Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional personality.
• Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, catering, or event management industry will be a plus.

Pay: Up to Rs500,000.00 per month
