The Role

We are looking for a motivated sales professional to help grow our brand partnerships across retail media and shopper insights. You will manage client relationships from first contact to signed partnership, working with FMCG and consumer brands to show how QUMPARA's data and campaigns support their growth.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with FMCG and consumer brands

• Present QUMPARA's retail media solutions, receipt-based campaigns and shopper research products, including Qumpara Shopper Pulse

• Prepare tailored proposals and campaign ideas based on client needs

• Build strong relationships with marketing, shopper marketing and insights teams

• Coordinate with product, analytics and campaign teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Follow market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the market research industry

• Experience selling research or shopper insights solutions is a strong advantage

• Good understanding of the FMCG landscape

• Familiarity with retail media and the Turkish retail ecosystem

• Strong presentation and communication skills in Turkish and English

• A results-oriented, proactive mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast-moving environment
