Compensation
Compensation includes a $12.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $17.00 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average. In addition to our competitive compensation package, we are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The bonus is paid in two installments: $500 within your first one to two paychecks and $500 after 90 days of employment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
