Sales Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to promote cybersecurity solutions and services, providing professional consultation to address customers' business and security requirements.
• Identify customer needs, analyze business challenges, and collaborate with Presales and technical teams to design and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and other related documents, while managing negotiations and closing sales to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
• Collaborate with vendors, business partners, and the marketing team to plan and participate in marketing activities, such as seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT solution sales or cybersecurity solution sales.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and solutions, such as Network Security, Endpoint Security, etc. is highly preferred.
• Proven sales skills, including solution selling, customer presentations, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must have own vehicle.
