Sales Specialist(Telecommunications)

Responsibilities:

·         Drive business growth through new customer acquisition, competitor win-back, upselling, and cross-selling of mobility, IoT, voice, unified communications, and managed services.

·         Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key contacts at all levels to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term partnerships.

·         Identify customer needs and business opportunities through regular engagement and understanding of evolving communications requirements.

·         Develop tailored solutions and execute sales strategies by working closely with Solutions, Product, and Account teams on account plans, GTM initiatives, and sales strategies.

·       Monitor market and competitive trends and provide insights on industry developments, technology, products, and services while ensuring timely customer support.

Requirements:

·       Replacement role focused on managing and growing B2B / Enterprise accounts.

·       Strong experience engaging with C-suite and senior-level decision makers, with confidence in conducting face-to-face meetings.

·       Highly customer-facing role, requiring frequent travel and regular engagement with enterprise customers.
