Sales Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and respond to product inquiries.
• Provide basic information about products, prices, promotions, and availability.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and sales orders accurately.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance regarding orders and deliveries.
• Maintain updated records of customer inquiries and sales transactions.
• Ensure products, samples, and showroom displays are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Support showroom promotions, events, and other sales activities.
• Help achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the appropriate team when needed.
• Perform other sales-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in showroom, retail, home building materials, tiles, sanitary ware, furniture, or related industries is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work in a showroom and on weekends when required.
