Sales Staff

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Sales Staff to join our team. As a Sales Staff, you will support daily sales activities by coordinating product deliveries, assisting with product concerns, promoting new products, and conducting market research. You will work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and provide timely support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up and coordinate the delivery of mass-produced research products to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle and coordinate the resolution of product defects and customer concerns with the appropriate departments.
• Promote and introduce new products to existing and potential customers.
• Conduct basic market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer orders, product concerns, and other sales-related matters.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with customers and provide timely updates when needed.

About You

• Graduate of a college or vocational school program
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Customer-oriented, responsible, and proactive
• Willing to learn and develop sales and product knowledge
• Able to work well with customers and different departments
