About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers in finding products, answering questions about merchandise, and completing sales transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed
• Listen to customers' needs and preferences to recommend products that best suit their requirements
• Provide information about product features, pricing, and availability
• Assist customers in locating merchandise within the store
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods in compliance with company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
• Upsell products and promote special promotions or discounts to increase sales
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service

About you

• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
• Passion for helping others
• Sales Associate experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• English language proficiency (Preferred)
