Sales Staff

Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting daily operational and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare and process sales orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform accurate data encoding and maintain organized records.
• Monitor machine operations and report any issues or irregularities.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries to meet client requirements.
• Review and verify purchase orders (P.O.) for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support to the accounts team, including assistance in product/sample development.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; willing and able to learn new software.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Capable of making sound decisions and exercising good judgement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
