Sales Staff

About the Company
We are a company engaged in the supply and distribution of glass jars and packaging products for pharmaceutical, perfume, and other industries. We are looking for a Sales Staff who can assist customers and support our day-to-day sales operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries, requests, and orders
• Promote and recommend our glass jars, packaging, and other products based on customer needs
• Prepare quotations and sales-related documents
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and inquiries
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
• Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments to ensure orders are processed properly
• Monitor customer orders and their status
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries with customers and the delivery team
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely and proper delivery
• Assist in addressing customer concerns and requests
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• With sales experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and approachable
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to coordinate well with customers and different departments'
• Willing to work on-site in Matungao, Bulacan
