Sales Staff

1.Responding promptly to emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries.

2.Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments.

3.Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

4.Make a Quotation (e.g Supplier selection, Material price change, trial and mold repair charge, etc.)

5.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

6.Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.

7.In charge for E-Pro, EDI-System and B’s Net System, ERP PO Approval and New Project Development.

8.Receiver of Forecast, Purchase Order and other external documents sent by Customer.

9.Prepare necessary documents (e.g. Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, Peza docs) needed for delivery.

10.Coordinate to related department if have delivery problem or any customer complaints.

11.Attend or set meetings regarding quality issues, material shortage, design change information, etc.

12.Responsible in conducting yearly inventory of Customer Property.

13.Customer visits if necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Experience is sales, retail or customer-facing is highly preferred.
2. Exceptional verbal, written, and active listening skills to efficiently handle client interactions.
3. Strong persuasion techniques, with the ability to confidently navigate client objections and close deals.
4. Basic computer proficiency, experience utilizing CRM platform and POS system are advantage.
5. With high self-motivation, resilience when handling rejection and adaptability to fast-paced environment.
