Job Description

We are urgently hiring an Experienced Sales Executive for an upcoming premium gym in Jogeshwari, Mumbai. We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused individuals with strong communication and sales skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote gym memberships, fitness packages, and other services to prospective clients.
• Handle walk-in enquiries, telephone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Explain membership plans, pricing, offers, and gym facilities to potential members.
• Convert leads into membership sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and members.
• Assist with lead generation, customer engagement, and membership renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a gym, fitness centre, or wellness industry.
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• A confident, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp communication.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary of ₹18,000–₹25,000, depending on experience and suitability.
