Job Description

What You'll Do

• Collect, organize, and analyze sales, operational, and market data to support business decision-making.
• Assist in tracking and evaluating field sales performance against key metrics and targets.
• Support the development of sales performance dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
• Help identify high-potential areas, cities, or merchant segments for business expansion.
• Support territory planning and sales coverage analysis to improve resource allocation.
• Prepare insights and recommendations for the Head of Sales and leadership team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Strategy, and Business teams on growth and expansion initiatives.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects related to sales productivity, business performance, and market expansion.

What We're Looking For

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Economics, Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic business environment.
