We're looking for a passionate Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive outstanding results for one of Malaysia's leading telecommunications brands.

💻What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of Sales Promoters to achieve outstanding results.
• Drive daily sales performance and motivate the team to exceed targets.
• Coach, guide and develop team members.
• Identify new sales opportunities and recommend creative ideas to improve business performance.
• Ensure smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with Management to achieve business goals.
• Create a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture.

• Passion for Sales and Leadership.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Able to solve problems and think proactively.
• Experience in Sales, Retail, Roadshow or Team Management will be an added advantage.
