SALES SUPERVISOR

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to join the dynamic sales team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Baliuag, Bulacan. As Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial leadership role in driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales team to achieve and exceed our business objectives. This position is strategically important to our organisation, as you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and ensuring consistent revenue growth within the janitorial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales team, providing guidance, coaching and performance feedback to ensure targets are met
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing accounts within the janitorial services market
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status and revenue forecasts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Conduct product and service training sessions for sales staff to enhance their knowledge and selling capabilities
• Identify market opportunities and competitive threats, reporting findings to senior management
• Manage sales budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximise return on investment
• Coordinate with other departments including operations and finance to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
• Participate in sales calls and negotiations with major accounts when required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in a sales supervisory or management role within the services industry or janitorial sector
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate, develop and manage a sales team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
• Sound knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems and sales performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound business decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with sales software is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the janitorial or facility management services industry is highly desirable
