Sales Supervisor

About the role

Damai Putra Group, a leading property developer in the region, is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Yogyakarta. This full-time position will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving the sales performance of our residential property projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
2. Implement effective sales strategies and monitor the team's performance to identify areas for improvement
3. Provide training and coaching to sales consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
5. Maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
6. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform the sales strategy
7. Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for management

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory or team leadership role within the real estate industry
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a sales team
4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
5. Thorough understanding of the local property market and regulatory environment
6. Proficiency in using sales management software and data analysis tools
7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
