Sales Supervisor

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular feedback and guidance to team members.
• Conduct field visits and assist the team in sales activities and customer acquisition.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and productivity.
• Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies, procedures, and programs.
• Monitor team attendance, activities, and productivity.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates to management.
• Handle customer concerns and assist the team in resolving sales-related issues.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Qualifications

• With proven supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably in sales.
• With a valid Driver’s License, Restriction Code B2 or higher.
• Willing to do field work and travel within the assigned area.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented and capable of working with sales targets.
• Must be organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to start immediately.
• Preferably residing within or near the assigned area.
