Sales Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the company's in-house loan program to Project Personnel and Security Personnel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with site supervisors, employees and company representative.
• Assist project personnel and security personnel with loan applications and ensure complete and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with the office regarding loan approvals, processing, and releases.
• Personally release approved loan proceeds at sproject sites when necessary and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Monitor loan application progress and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, field operations, lending, financing, or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel frequently to various project sites and company locations.
• Honest, organized and capable of handling confidential information and cash responsibly.
