Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a field sales team for FiberHome. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring effective customer acquisition within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide regular feedback.
• Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and sales conversion.
• Conduct field monitoring and ensure proper implementation of sales activities.
• Assist the team in handling customer concerns and closing sales.
• Track sales reports, attendance, productivity, and team performance.
• Identify opportunities and challenges within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with the client and internal teams regarding sales updates and operational concerns.
• Ensure that team members follow company and client policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications/telco.
• With proven experience leading or supervising a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and monitor team members.
• Willing to work in Antipolo, Rizal.
• Experience in FiberHome, broadband, internet, or telecom sales is an advantage.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
